The white hat hacker is also kniwn as "Ethical Hackers". Their intention is clean they never trying to harm a system, rather they will try to search or find weakness in a network system or a computer system as a part of penetration testing and vulnerability assessments.
The ethical hacking is not illegal and it is one of the most demanding job available in the Information Technology (I.T) Industry. There are numerous companies that can hire ethical hackers for vulnerability assessments and penetration testing.
Black Hat Hackers !
The black hat hackers are also known as "Crackers". Black hat hackers are those who can do hacking in order to gain unauthorised access to a system and steal sensitive information and also harm its operations.
The black hat hacking is completely illegal because due to their bad intentions which include violating privacy, stealing corporate data, damaging the system, blocking network communications, etc.
Grey Hat Hackers !
The grey hat hackers are the combination of both White hat and Black hat hackers. There intention is not performing any malicious activities but they can hack only for Fun, they can exploit a security weakness in a network system or computer system without the owner's knowledge or permissions.

Blue Hat Hackers !
The blue hat hackers are hackers which are outside computer security consulting firms which is used to Bug-Test a system orior to its launch. They search for loopholes that can be exploited and trying to close that gaps.
Microsoft has been also used the terms Blue hat hacker to represent a series of security briefing events.
Elite Hackers !
Elite hackers are the social status among all the hackers, which can used to describe the most skilled. Newly discovered exploits will circulate among these hackers.
Script Kiddie !
The script kiddies are not a professional hackers who breaks computer systems by using a pre-packed fully automated tools written by others, usually with small understanding of the underlying concept, hence this term "Kiddie".
Neophyte !
The Neophyte means " newbie" or " noob" or "Green hat hacker" is someone who is very new to hacking or phreaking and has almost no knowledge or experience of the hacking .
