Did you Remember, Where was the last common (Public) place you visited where the wifi access is free ? Now day's, Approximately every public places like Hotel, Library, Airport, Coffee shop etc offering you the free wifi network to access the internet from your cell phone or other mobile devices. That means the personal or professional data you have in your phone could be available to hackers in that public places.

Here the few recommendations to protect your self from the Hacker's :-

1). Never access Personal or Financial data with a free public wi-fi . 
       This may seems like stupid or has no brain, but alot of peoples has check their Bank account's or make payment or purchases goods with their Card's (Debit or Credit) when they using free public wi-fi network.
So, It's best to do these stuff on a secure internet or wi-fi connection to protect yourself from Hackers. 

2). Turn off anything you do not need to access in your any mobile devices. 
       Hackers can access or use certain functions in your phone to obtain your data or information, connection or location. So, you don't have any need to keeping your phones GPS or wireless connection and geo-tracking on all time. You can on this function when you really need.

3). Select your phones Applications wisely.
       You can download mobile applications only from trusted sources that had a good reputation and also update you apps or software on regular basis and delete or uninstall the old apps you do not using.

4). Always use a Lock code, Password or an Secure encryption.
       You can always use passwords for your devices and also make sure your password should be at least Eight characters long, and also it contains a combination of upper and lower case, and include numbers and special characters. Never use auto complete feature for passwords. You can use the storage encryption features on your phone to protect your private data and Also always set your screen to timeout after 1-5 minutes or less.

5). Always be skiptical about unknown or suspicious Links and Attachments.
      If you receive any suspicious or unknown links from Whatsapp, Sms or any other sources, Never use the link or attachments to open.

6). Erase or Trace.
      Make sure your data is secure if your mobile device is lost or stolen.  You can set up your mobile device to lock itself after a pre-set number of failed log-in attempts.
