Mediatek's Dimensity comes with 5G capable chipsets is about to expand even more across the world. The mediatek announced the high line dimensity 1200 and Dimensity 1100 in coming days of 2021. So, the upcoming chip will be lower down, in the mid range space.
It is Provisionally called "Dimensity 900" , and is meant to succeed the dimensity 820.
According to a new buzz which is out from china, the dimensity 900 (model number MT6877) has better than Qualcomm's Snapdragon 768G chipset in the AnTuTu benchmark, which is gaining about 480,000 compared to 440,000.
The dimensity 820 has scores nearly 440,000. So, we are looking around at 10 percent (10%) better quality overall in performance with respect to 900's predecessor.
Not very good, but also not bad either with the Qualcomm mid-range 5G - enabled chip stable. There is only one new Snapdragon 780G can beat the upcoming MediaTek chip, Whose scoring nearly around 540,000 in the same Benchmark.
Now, we have gotten used to Dimensity three (3) nuber chipset's powers extremely reliable (affordable) devices, at very less compare to their Snapdragon - endowed counterpart's , and also it's little tough to got any reason for this to convert (Change) with the launch of the Dimensity 900 chip.
Expectantly the SoC get's official launched soon.
